Heisenberg and Albert Einstein, delivering a keynote speech at
the New Century First National Conference on Bigu Manifestation,
Health Effects and Scientific Research of Yan Xin Qigong at the
Pennsylvania State University, June 23-25, 2000. Prof. Duerr proclaimed that
